Application of Teleconferencing in the Virginia Department of Highways and Transportation

Report No: 86-R35

Published in 1986

About the report:

The report presents the findings of a study of the feasibility of locating audio-teleconferencing equipment in the residency offices of the Department. As an extension of a larger study documented in entry 11-45, teleconferencing units were installed in six residency offices in the Salem District to determine whether the Department's teleconferencing system should be extended into the residency level. The report recommended that the units in the six residencies be left in place and that future residency installations be looked at on a case-by-case basis.
