This is the third in the series of AIRPOL reports. It details the mechanics and thought processes necessary for proper implementation of the computer program, AIRPOL-4. Furthermore, it recommends several guidelines for the preparation and generation of air quality analyses. The next report in this series will detail the computational method and algorithmic development of AIRPOL-4.
