About the project:
The goal of the current and extended effort is to develop and apply systems analytical methodology that supports coordination among Virginia state transportation agencies in planning transportation projects with multimodal significance. In particular, the methodology will contribute in assigning priorities to projects, developing estimates of cost-effectiveness and cost savings, and in the coordination and integration of multimodal networks.
