About the project:
The Commonwealth of Virginia has identified information security as a major risk area. It has developed risk based information security policy and standards. VDOT will adhere to this policy, and do all that is necessary to be compliant by July 1, 2007. The work to be performed in this project is to collaborate with VDOT as part of this multi-prong effort to meet the deadline. There are two distinct parts of the effort: (i) take an inventory of data types in each of the five regional operation centers, and, (ii) take inventory of continuity of operations (COOP) plans for the five regional operation centers.
